Human error is a possible factor in shipments being missed or delayed.
We make our best efforts to ensure domestic shipping, by ordering from Canadian suppliers when we are shipping to Canadian addresses and by ordering from US suppliers when we are shipping to US addresses. Sometimes there are factors that we can’t control that make it so we have to order from international suppliers, meaning we can’t control additional fees being charged as it is out of our control.
Shipping and manufacturing are handled externally through other companies, check the Privacy Policy to find out what companies. We have a few manufacturers and shipping companies that help in getting the product to you.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Achromatic Design is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns at this time.
